The body is a living symphony where glands, organs, and elements sing and dance in harmony. Through my workshops, I invite you to listen to the song of your body, follow its movements, and rediscover its vibrant sovereignty.
The feet, with their arches, and the hands, through their palms, reflect every part of the body. These reflex zones are gateways to a deep dialogue with oneself and with life.
The Principles
Feet and hands are miniature representations of the human body. Each “reflex zone” corresponds to an organ, gland, or specific part of the body.
Rhythmic pressure applied to these reflex zones helps identify areas of tension and restore balance to the corresponding parts of the body.
These massages are an excellent relaxation technique, effectively soothing stress, which is often the root cause of many health issues. Therefore, they play an important role in prevention.
Foot and palm massages are simple and natural methods that offer numerous benefits for physical, psychological, and emotional health.

Who is this training for?
This training is for therapists (midwives, doulas, nurses, osteopaths, etc.) who wish to enrich their practice, as well as for individuals wishing to discover a subtle and creative well-being art, offering deep relief to be used with family (levels I and II) or in a professional setting (complete training).
